One of the most critical problems facing the security industry has been and still is the plague of false alarms.
With its award winning Suprex®Technology, Cypress Computer Systems has pioneered the field of wireless security and access control interface devices. Using these devices, our robots can interact with any exiting security, access control, or building automation system. Both modern and legacy technologies are easily integrated into the robots navigation and sensory systems.
When an alarm occurs in a protected building, the robot is automatically dispatched to the effected area. Once there, the robot's sensors can detect motion, smoke, hazardous gases, water, and many other environmental parameters. The result is independent confirmation of the alarm condition and subsequent reporting.
With "Individual station monitoring" - a new product developed by Cypress, first responders can receive live, up to the second, information from indside a building. Live video, telemetry, and alarm history is in the hands of the personnel on-scene as opposed to having to be relayed by a central station.
